area for over four decades. She is the Co-Owner of Pacific Northwest Bail Bonding, a family-

owned business, with 18 years of experience in the bail industry, overseeing business operations

with integrity, precision, and client care. Her approach is rooted in Strength and Courage—helping people navigate difficult seasons with clarity, calm, and respect. JoVon is also a certified Spiritual Life Coach and mentor and the founder of Helping Individuals Be Brave (HIBB), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through exposure, mentorship, and personal development.
